MDS Coordinator RN/LPNLaramie, WYMDS COORDINATOR - Cottonwood Care Center, Laramie Wyoming Overall coordination of the facility Medicare Program, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning processes.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Minimum o A licensed registered nurse with health care experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred.
o The MDS/Medicare Coordinator activities may be carried out by an LPN/LVN under the direction/supervision of an RN.
o Current unrestricted state license to practice as a nurse.
o Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
$15,000 Sign On BonusEmployment requirements must be met for pay out.
Pay Rate - RN - $33.
00 - $41.
80 Hr.
DOE Pay Rate - LPN - $27.
